Job summary

Bunzl Processor Division (BPD) is seeking an experienced Industrial MRO Sales Product Specialist to drive growth within bakery, meat processing, and produce manufacturing accounts. This highly consultative role focuses on identifying, developing, and expanding MRO opportunities by partnering with customers to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industrial sales experience, mechanical aptitude, and a track record of growing existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial sales, MRO sales, maintenance supply sales, or industrial distribution experience.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, processing, warehousing, or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated success in business development and growing existing accounts.
• Experience working directly with maintenance managers, plant managers, operations leaders, engineers, or procurement teams.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth within existing manufacturing and processing accounts.
• Conduct facility assessments to uncover cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to expand customer penetration and wallet share.
• Build relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Maintain an active pipeline and manage opportunities independently.
• Significant travel throughout the region with some international travel.
