Zusammenfassung

Bunzl Processor Division is seeking an experienced Industrial MRO Sales Product Specialist to drive growth in bakery, meat processing, and produce manufacturing accounts. This highly consultative role focuses on identifying and expanding MRO opportunities by partnering with customers to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

You will work with sales teams and customers to uncover opportunities across maintenance, safety, facility, and plant-floor products, with significant travel

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial sales, MRO sales, maintenance supply sales, or industrial distribution experience.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, processing, warehousing, or industrial environments.
• Proven success in business development and growing existing accounts.
• Experience working with maintenance managers, plant managers, operations leaders, engineers, or procurement teams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); IBM iSeries/AS400 experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel extensively with overnight stays and some international travel.

• Drive profitable growth within existing manufacturing and processing accounts.
• Conduct facility assessments to uncover cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to expand customer penetration and wallet share.
• Build relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Maintain an active pipeline and manage opportunities independently.
• Significant travel throughout the region with some international travel.
• Knowledge of plant operations, storeroom management, maintenance practices, and industrial purchasing processes.
