Job summary

Bunzl Processor Division (BPD) in the United States is seeking an experienced Industrial MRO Sales Product Specialist to grow revenue in bakery, meat processing, and produce manufacturing accounts. You will identify, develop, and expand MRO opportunities by partnering with customers to reduce costs and consolidate suppliers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial sales, MRO sales, maintenance supply sales, or industrial distribution.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, processing, warehousing, or industrial environments.
• Proven success in business development and growing existing accounts.
• Experience working with maintenance managers, plant managers, operations leaders, engineers, or procurement teams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with IBM I-Series/AS400 operating system is highly desired.
• Willingness to travel extensively with overnight stays including some international travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth within existing manufacturing and processing accounts.
• Conduct facility assessments to uncover cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to expand customer penetration and wallet share.
• Build relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Maintain an active pipeline and manage opportunities independently.
• Significant travel throughout the region with some international travel.
