Job summary

Bunzl Processor Division (BPD) is seeking an experienced Industrial MRO Sales Product Specialist to drive growth within bakery, meat processing, and produce manufacturing accounts. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and expanding MRO opportunities by partnering with customers to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and consolidate suppliers.

The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams and customer decision-makers to uncover opportunities involving maintenance,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial sales, MRO sales, or maintenance supply experience.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, processing, warehousing or industrial environments.
• Proven success in business development and growing existing accounts.
• Experience with maintenance, operations, engineering, or procurement teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth within existing manufacturing and processing accounts.
• Conduct facility assessments to uncover cost savings and process improvements.
• Partner with Account Managers to expand customer penetration and wallet share.
• Build relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Maintain an active pipeline and manage opportunities independently.
• Travel extensively within the region with some international travel.
