Job summary

Bunzl Processor Division (BPD) is seeking an experienced Industrial MRO Sales Product Specialist to drive growth within bakery, meat processing, and produce manufacturing accounts. This role partners with customers to reduce costs and consolidate suppliers, focusing on maintenance, safety, facility, and plant-floor products.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in industrial sales with a consultative approach, the ability to engage maintenance, operations, engineering, and procurement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial sales, MRO sales, or related experience.
• Experience selling to manufacturing, processing, warehousing, or industrial environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience engaging maintenance, operations, engineering, and procurement stakeholders.
• Proven success in business development and growing existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth within existing manufacturing and processing accounts.
• Conduct facility assessments to uncover cost savings and process improvements.
• Partner with Account Managers to expand customer penetration and wallet share.
• Build relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Maintain an active pipeline and manage opportunities independently.
• Travel extensively across the region with occasional international travel.
