Job summary

Bunzl Processor Division (BPD) is seeking an experienced Industrial MRO Sales Product Specialist to drive growth within bakery, meat processing, and produce manufacturing accounts. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and expanding MRO opportunities by partnering with customers to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial sales, MRO sales, or maintenance supply sales experience.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, processing, warehousing, or industrial environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory.
• Experience working with maintenance managers, plant managers, operations leaders, engineers, or procurement teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Willing to travel extensively with overnight stays; some international travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth within existing manufacturing and processing accounts.
• Identify and develop new MRO business opportunities.
• Conduct facility assessments to uncover cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to expand customer penetration and wallet share.
• Build relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Develop and implement pricing and product conversion strategies.
• Present value-based solutions that improve productivity, inventory management, and procurement efficiency.
• Maintain an active pipeline and manage opportunities independently.
• Significant travel throughout the region with some international travel.
