Job summary

Bunzl North America is seeking an experienced Industrial MRO Sales Product Specialist to drive growth in bakery, meat processing, and produce manufacturing. You will identify, develop, and expand MRO opportunities by partnering with customers to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial sales or MRO sales experience.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, processing, warehousing, or industrial environments.
• Travel extensively with overnight stays; some international travel.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts through consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth within existing manufacturing and processing accounts.
• Conduct facility assessments to uncover cost savings and process improvements.
• Partner with Account Managers to expand customer penetration and wallet share.
• Build relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Maintain an active pipeline and manage opportunities independently.
