Bunzl North America (Bunzl Processor Division) seeks an experienced Industrial MRO Sales Product Specialist to grow MRO opportunities within bakery, meat processing and produce manufacturing accounts. This role requires extensive travel and a consultative sales approach across maintenance, operations, engineering, and procurement teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in industrial sales, strong mechanical aptitude, and a proven track record in account development and cost-saving

Competenze

• 5+ years of industrial sales, MRO sales, maintenance supply sales, or industrial distribution experience.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, processing, warehousing, or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated success in business development and growing existing accounts.
• Experience working with maintenance managers, plant managers, operations leaders, engineers, or procurement teams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel extensively with overnight stays and some international travel.

• Drive profitable growth within existing manufacturing and processing accounts.
• Identify and develop new MRO business opportunities.
• Conduct facility assessments to uncover cost savings and process improvements.
• Partner with Account Managers to expand customer penetration and wallet share.
• Build relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Develop and implement pricing and product conversion strategies.
• Present value-based solutions that improve productivity and inventory management.
• Maintain an active pipeline and manage opportunities independently.
