Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical schooling preferred.
• 5+ years in industrial manufacturing, automated food processing preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on conveyors, mixers, packaging equipment, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain clean, safe production area and monitor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, OSHA and company safety policies.
• Document maintenance work orders, inspections, and parts usage.
• Coordinate with production to prioritize tasks and provide technical training as needed.
