You will perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, mixers, packaging lines, and refrigeration systems, diagnose issues, and execute repairs to minimize downtime. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 5 years in industrial manufacturing, and strong PLC/electrical troubleshooting skills (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, HMI/SCADA).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; technical school preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery (conveyors, mixers, packaging equipment, refrigeration).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions; implement repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production area; ensure food safety compliance.
• Document maintenance activities and keep accurate records in CMMS.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE usage, and LO/TO procedures; participate in safety training.
