C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our food manufacturing equipment operating safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair production lines while upholding strict sanitation and safety standards.

You’ll document activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and be flexible for non-standard hours as required to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years’ related experience in industrial manufacturing environment.
• 5 years’ experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain sanitation and comply with GMP, HACCP, OSHA.
• Document maintenance activities and parts replacements.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and safety teams.
• Work non-standard hours as needed.
