You will perform preventive maintenance on production machinery, conveyors, mixers, packaging, and refrigeration, while following GMP, HACCP, and OSHA standards. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical skills and the ability to document

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years’ related experience in industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in an automated food processing plant.
• 5 years’ experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery (conveyors, mixers, packaging, refrigeration).
• Conduct inspections, lubrication, and adjustments for efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions; implement repairs to minimize downtime.
• Respond to emergency unscheduled repairs during production.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in production areas; comply with food safety regs.
• Monitor and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Adhere to safety protocols (lockout/tagout, PPE).
• Document maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Coordinate with supervisors to prioritize tasks and minimize disruptions.
