You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and implement repairs to minimize downtime while ensuring sanitation and safety standards. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, experience with PLCs and SCADA, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical schooling preferred.
• 5 years in industrial manufacturing, automated food processing preferred.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, mixers, packaging, and refrigeration.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards per GMP/HACCP/OSHA.
• Document work orders and maintenance history.
• Coordinate with production to schedule tasks.
