C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Dallas, TX to perform preventive maintenance on production machinery, diagnose issues, and ensure sanitation and safety compliance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, PLC/SCADA/HMI proficiency, and the ability to document work orders while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Willingness to work non-standard hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical schooling preferred.
• 5 years’ related experience in industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in an automated food processing plant.
• 5 years’ experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery including conveyors, mixers, packaging equipment, and refrigeration.
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance in the production area.
• Coordinate with supervision to prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Document maintenance work orders and parts replacements.
