Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5 years in industrial manufacturing, strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and PLC/SCADA proficiency, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Technical school education preferred.
• 5 years of related experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably automated food processing.
• 5 years' experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery (conveyors, mixers, packaging, refrigeration).
• Inspect, lubricate, and adjust equipment to meet production requirements.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, OSHA compliance and company food-safety policies.
• Coordinate with supervisors to prioritize tasks and minimize production disruptions.
