Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years’ related experience in industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in an automated food processing plant.
• 5 years’ experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery, including conveyors, mixers, packaging equipment, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement repairs to minimize downtime.
• Provide emergency troubleshooting during production to prevent disruptions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area following sanitation standards.
