Job summary

ConexSmart in Denver is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue and deliver exceptional customer service to OEMs. You will manage quotes, nurture relationships, and promote ConexSmart products and strategic initiatives with a proactive, results‑driven approach.

The role requires 3+ years of sales experience in industrial settings, strong communication and organizational skills, and fluency with Salesforce and Epicor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Independent self-starter with a hunter mentality.
• Ability to listen, adapt, and overcome objections.
• Familiarity using Salesforce and/or Epicor.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for all sales, quotes, and transactional requests from prospects or clients.
• Create territory & specific account plans to achieve strategic sales objectives.
• Report industry trends, pricing and customer feedback to management.
• Develop, build, and nurture relationships with customers and internal resources.
• Prospect for, cold call, and qualify new OEM leads.
• Expand sales pipeline and manage the sales funnel throughout the cycle.
• Prepare and follow up on written or verbal quotations to secure orders.
