Job summary

Arbon Equipment Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales professional to generate and qualify leads, support quote development, and manage smaller customer relationships. You will work with Territory Representatives to move opportunities to close and maintain accurate CRM records.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success. Prior inside sales or customer service experience and familiarity with CRM tools are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or call center sales experience.
• Experience supporting a field sales team is a plus.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads and sales opportunities.
• Support quote development and follow-up for Territory Representatives.
• Manage smaller and transactional customer relationships and take sales to close where appropriate.
