Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Inside Sales experience in an industrial equipment repair environment.
• Preferably experience with Control Valve or Valve Automation.
• Understanding of project level sales processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle timekeeping for the team and reconcile in the Tracks Exxon system.
• Obtain time approvals and material requisitions.
• Receive calls, faxes and emails from Exxon customers and respond promptly.
• Process RFQs, day-to-day repair work, and expediting repair work through shops.
• Provide customer updates, technical assistance and product support.
• Coordinate parts purchasing and services for repair activities.
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, and issue purchase orders.
• Attend turnaround meetings for large outages and support inside sales.
