Responsibilities

• Receive calls, faxes and emails from customers and respond promptly.
• Coordinate scheduling with technicians and align with availability.
• Support accounting with invoices, returns and customer account information.
• Assist Sales in instrumentation initiatives when needed.
• Maintain Total Customer Commitment standards.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Complete quotes, order entry and purchase orders on time.
• Participate in after-hours/on-call rotation as required.
