Responsibilities

• Handle timekeeping for the team and reconcile in the Tracks Exxon system.
• Obtain time approvals and material requisitions.
• Receive calls, faxes and emails from Exxon customers and respond promptly.
• Process RFQs, day-to-day repair work, and expediting repair work through shops.
• Provide customer updates, technical assistance and product support.
• Coordinate parts purchasing and services for repair activities.
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, and issue purchase orders.
• Attend turnaround meetings for large outages and support inside sales.

Description

• Timekeeping for the ControlWorx Team that work at ExxonMobil complex. This requires daily reconciliation into the Tracks Exxon system.
• Obtaining time approvals and material requisitions.
• Receive phone calls, faxes and emails from external & internal Exxon customers which must be handled on a timely basis. Most of the time the work load will be considered as ‘heavy’.
• Information handled will include RFQ’s, Processing Day to Day Repair Work, Expediting Repair Work through shops and provide customer updates per their requirements, Technical Assistance/Support, Factory Support, Technical Product Support, Delivery Expediting.
• Manage day to day repair activities with support such as purchasing parts or coordinating services.
• Facilitate customer repair requirements in a clear and precise manner.
• Ensure that Inside efforts are aligned with the production shop.
• Support John H Carter accounting department with problem invoices, returns and general customer account information.
• Work closely with and support the JHC services principals when required to do so.
• Attend required and preferred training.
• Source Repair Services, Product and Product information for customers.
• Support CWX colleagues at all times, and especially when overload situations arise.
• Accurately complete quotes, order entry and purchase orders.
• Attend Turnaround meetings for large outages
• Backup and support inside sales
• Ensure timely invoicing and reduce backlog/SNI amounts

Required

Minimum 2+ years of Inside Sales experience in an industrial equipment repair environment – preferably Control Valve or Valve Automation

Preferred

An understanding of Project Level sales processes is also preferred

In the absence of a specific Control Valve or Valve Automation background, experience with other industrial instrumentation/equipment sold into the chemical, petro-chemical, refining and oil & gas industries will be considered
