Job summary

• Experience with quoting, final pricing, and invoicing processes.
• Uphold Total Customer Commitment standards and participate in required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Receive correspondence from customers and handle quotes, pricing, and invoicing.
• Manage open order dates and work scope.
• Communicate across divisions to coordinate activities.
• Research parts required for repairs.
• Attend trainings and participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
