Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Timekeeping and reconciliation for the ControlWorx Team and tracks Exxon system.
• Receive and respond to phone calls, faxes and emails from Exxon customers.
• Prepare quotes, process day-to-day repairs, expedite repair work with shops.
• Coordinate purchasing of parts and services; keep customers updated.
• Ensure invoices, returns and customer account information are accurate.
• Attend required customer meetings and training; assist inside sales as needed.
