Job summary

Stiles Machinery is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, troubleshoot, and support customers on advanced machinery and software, often under pressure. You’ll travel regionally with a strong training and support network from Stiles.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical schooling in electronics or a related field, equivalent hands-on experience
• Related associate's degree or willingness to learn
• Prior experience in CNC, PC-based controls, machine service, maintenance, or operation
• Ability to travel regularly as required by field service work

Responsibilities

• Install, start up, and instruct customers on technology represented by Stiles
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field
• Document work performed, problems encountered, and customer concerns clearly and promptly
• Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as a technical partner and problem solver
