Job summary

Stiles Machinery seeks a Field Service Representative to apply technical, electrical, and mechanical skills in real-world environments. You’ll install, troubleshoot, train, and support customers on advanced machinery and software, with strong training and a nationwide support network backing you.

Role emphasizes building relationships, performing service with reliability, and traveling regionally four days per week, with overtime and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical schooling in electronics or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Prior experience in CNC, PC‑based controls, machine service, maintenance, or operation.
• Mechanical experience and a willingness to learn new equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, start up, and instruct customers on technology represented by Stiles.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field.
• Document work performed and customer concerns clearly and promptly.
• Maintain showroom equipment and assist with customer demos as needed.
• Travel regionally, averaging four days per week, with overtime and mileage reimbursement.
