Job summary

Stiles Machinery seeks a Field Service Representative to install, troubleshoot, train, and support customers on advanced machinery and software. You will travel regionally, build trusted customer relationships, and work with a nationwide team to ensure uptime.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues, document findings, and suggest reliability improvements. A strong training, leadership support, and fair compensation await.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical schooling in electronics or related field.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a field service role.
• Ability to travel regularly and work independently when needed.
• Strong problem-solving and communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, start up, and instruct customers on technology represented by Stiles.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field.
• Document work performed, problems encountered, and customer concerns clearly.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as a technical partner.
• Assist in training customers and Stiles service representatives on proper equipment use.
• Maintain showroom equipment and assist with customer demos as needed.
• Travel regionally with overtime and mileage reimbursement.
