Job summary

Stiles Machinery is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, troubleshoot, train, and support customers on advanced machinery and software. You’ll travel regionally, usually four days per week, to keep uptime high and build strong customer relationships.

You’ll apply your electrical, mechanical, and technical skills in real-world environments, documenting work, identifying improvements, and collaborating with a nationwide team; training customers and showroom staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical schooling in electronics or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience with CNC, PC-based controls, machinery maintenance or operation is preferred.
• Ability to train customers and collaborate with service teams on site.

Responsibilities

• Install, start up, and instruct customers on technology represented by Stiles.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field.
• Document work performed and communicate customer concerns clearly.
• Build trusted relationships with customers as a technical partner.
• Travel regionally four days per week with mileage reimbursement.
