Job summary

Stiles Machinery is seeking a Field Service Representative to apply technical, electrical, and mechanical skills in real-world environments where uptime matters. You will install, troubleshoot, train, and support customers on advanced machinery and software, often under pressure, while being backed by a nationwide network and responsive leadership.

This role emphasizes building trusted relationships, documenting work, and recommending improvements for reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical schooling in electronics or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• An associate degree or related technical training is preferred.
• Prior experience with CNC, PC-based controls, machine service, maintenance or operation.

Responsibilities

• Install, start up, and instruct customers on Stiles technology.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field.
• Document work performed, problems encountered, and customer concerns clearly and promptly.
• Recommend improvements pertaining to reliability, performance, and long-term operation.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as a technical partner and problem solver.
