Job summary

Stiles Machinery is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, troubleshoot, and support customers on advanced machinery and software. You will travel regionally, four days a week on average, provide training, and build strong customer relationships while working with a nationwide team.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, independent work, and ongoing technical development within a supportive leadership structure. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical schooling in electronics or related field.
• Experience with CNC, PC-based controls, or machine service.
• Willingness to travel regionally with four days/week travel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, startup, and train customers on Stiles technology.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software issues in the field.
• Document work performed and customer concerns clearly.
• Build trusted relationships and serve as a technical partner.
• Assist in training customers and Stiles service reps.
• Maintain showroom equipment and assist with demos.
• Travel regionally, four days per week on average.
