Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent with a 2-year degree or diploma in electronics/advanced mechanics/software training plus 1+ years related industry experience.
• Strong electronics and mechanical background, plus understanding of computer program functionality.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair industrial products including printing and packaging equipment and robotics.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance inspections.
• Manage parts inventory and service calls to ensure timely resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with customers to foster satisfaction and trust.
• Act as liaison between customer and other departments to coordinate service efforts.
