Job summary

Bell and Howell is seeking a Field Customer Service Engineer to serve as the primary contact for technical and service-related issues on industrial equipment in the Worcester, MA area. You will diagnose electronics, mechanical, and software failures and perform on-site repairs, maintenance, and support while coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, experience with DMMs, and the ability to travel within the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Requires strong electronics and mechanical background with software troubleshooting.
• Experience using Digital Multimeter (DMM) and testing tools.
• On-site field service experience preferred.
• Travel within United States and Canada up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment including printing, packaging, robotics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and manage parts inventory.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• May require on-call emergency support as needed.
