Job summary

Bell and Howell is seeking a Field Customer Service Engineer to service a range of industrial, robotic and printing equipment. You will diagnose electrical, electronic, software and system failures, perform on-site repairs, and provide proactive support to minimize downtime.

The role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting with tools like DMM, with occasional travel in the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting with hands-on approach.
• Ability to read procedures and diagrams and use testing equipment.
• Strong communication and customer-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair a variety of industrial products including printing/packaging equipment, cash recycling products, and robotics.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance inspections on equipment.
• Provide support by managing parts inventory and coordinating service with customers.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
