Job summary

Bell and Howell is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to diagnose and repair industrial, robotic and printing equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, software and network issues, providing hands-on service and remote support as needed.

The role requires strong electronics/mechanical background, ability to manage parts and schedules, and to work with customers to minimize downtime. Travel within US/Canada is required.
