Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is seeking a Field Service Representative for Cincinnati, OH to install, repair, and maintain Markem-Imaje equipment at customer sites. You will train customers and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable coding and identification across consumer goods industries.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical or electrical engineering background, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel; weekend rotation may be required in the NAM region.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in field service is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel and train customers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service repairs and maintenance on Markem-Imaje equipment.
• Install, test, and train customers on new systems.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with sales for demos and training.
• Travel within NAM regions; weekend rotation may be required.
