Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is hiring a Field Service Representative for the Cincinnati, OH area. You will install, service, repair, and test Markem-Imaje coding and marking equipment at customer sites, ensuring reliable operation and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical or electrical engineering background and 3–5 years of field service experience, with strong problem-solving and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• BA or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• 3-5 years of field service experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service repair, maintenance, installation, and testing of Markem-Imaje equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues; provide timely solutions to customers.
• Assist with new equipment installations and customer training.
• Collaborate with sales for demos, training, and follow-up activities.
