Job summary

The Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) Field Service Representative in Cincinnati, OH delivers, installs, repairs and tests Markem-Imaje equipment for consumer goods brands. Extensive travel within NAM region and weekend rotations may be required, with comprehensive training provided.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, train customers and collaborate with sales for demonstrations and service contracts, while upholding quality and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years field service experience a plus.
• Willing to travel with short notice and weekend rotations.

Responsibilities

• Perform general field service repair and maintenance to support customers.
• Identify issues and execute troubleshooting procedures in the field.
• Install, train customers and conduct routine and emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with sales for machine demos and service contracts.
