Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) seeks a Field Service Representative in Louisville, KY to install, repair, maintain, and test Markem-Imaje equipment for consumer goods packaging and identification. You will travel to customer sites across the NAM region, perform troubleshooting, training, and routine maintenance while ensuring top-tier service standards.

Qualifications

• BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3-5 years mission-critical field service experience is a plus.
• Willing and able to travel with short notice.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform general field service repair and maintenance to support customers and installed base.
• Resolve operational issues in the field and troubleshoot as needed.
• Determine customer needs and provide recommendations.
• Support sales with machine demos, training, and courtesy calls.
• Install new equipment, conduct training, perform emergency and routine repairs.
