Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) in Louisville, KY is seeking a Field Service Representative with a passion for industrial automation and hands-on problem solving. You will install, repair, test, and maintain Markem-Imaje and related equipment, travel across NAM regions, and train customers to maximize uptime.

The ideal candidate has a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background, 3–5 years field service experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
3–5 years mission-critical field service experience is a plus.
Knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
Willing to travel and train customers as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform field service repair and maintenance to support customers and installed base.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in the field.
Train customers and collaborate with sales for demos and services.
Install new equipment, perform routine and emergency repairs, and manage service activities.
