Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, repair, maintain, and test Markem-Imaje equipment at customer sites in the Cincinnati area. You will troubleshoot, determine customer needs, and provide technical guidance while collaborating with the sales team.

Responsibilities include on-site installations, routine and emergency repairs, and training customers. ABachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred with 3–5 years of field

Qualifications

BA or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
3–5 years of mission-critical field service experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical system theory and operation.
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Perform general field service repair and maintenance to support Markem-Imaje customers and installed machine base.
Resolve operational issues in the field and troubleshoot.
Identify customer needs and offer product/service recommendations.
Install new equipment and provide training to customers.
Collaborate with sales for demos and follow-up activities.
