Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, repair, and maintain Markem-Imaje equipment. You will troubleshoot field issues and train customers on new systems, ensuring high satisfaction and uptime.

The role requires a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background, 3–5 years of field service experience, and strong customer-focused communication. Occasional travel and a team-oriented environment are expected.

Qualifications

• BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years field service experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service repair and maintenance to support Markem-Imaje customers.
• Resolve operating issues in the field and troubleshoot as needed.
• Install new equipment, provide training, and perform routine maintenance.
• Assist with machine demos, courtesy calls, and follow-up activities with sales.
• Develop technical competency on Markem-Imaje products through study and hands-on use.
