Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) in Philadelphia is seeking a self-motivated Field Service Representative to install, repair, maintain and test Markem-Imaje coding and identification equipment at customer sites. Travel within the NAM region is expected, with occasional weekend coverage.

Candidates should have a BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years of field service experience. Training, collaboration with sales, and a commitment to quality are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• BA of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
• 3–5 years mission-critical field service experience a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems is helpful.
• Willing and able to train customers and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service repair and maintenance to support customer installations.
• Install, repair and test Markem-Imaje equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and determine customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales for demos, training and follow-up activities.
• Travel across NAM region; participate in occasional weekend rotation.
