Job summary

Snap-on Industrial is seeking an Account Manager - Industrial Sales Representative to drive direct sales to industrial corporations in Utah. This role requires building solutions from Snap-on’s broad product range, maintaining strong customer relationships, and presenting on-site or in-field.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of outside sales experience, a bachelor’s/associate degree, and a strong mastery of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience is required.
• Proven track record of goal achievement and customer growth.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable presenting to all levels of an organization.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver license with an impeccable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Understand business partner needs and leverage Snap-on product offerings to develop tailored solutions.
• Build and enhance relationships with key partner decision-makers.
• Present solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
• Develop and maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for assigned accounts.
• Review customer activities quarterly with Team Leader or Sales Manager and strategize ways to maximize sales.
