Snap-on Industrial is seeking a Sales Representative to drive direct-to-industrial partnerships. You will collaborate with business partners to tailor Snap-on solutions, build relationships with decision-makers, and present on-site or in the field.

A data-driven approach helps maximize territory growth, with a base salary plus commissions and an active bonus program. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of outside sales experience, a proven sales track record, and a related degree.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable presenting to all levels.

Responsabilités

• Understand client needs and leverage Snap-on offerings to develop tailored solutions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
• Develop and maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for accounts.
• Review activities quarterly with Team Leader or Sales Manager to maximize sales and growth.
