Job summary

Snap-on Industrial is seeking a driven Sales Representative to sell directly to industrial corporations in Yakima, WA. This full-time role blends base compensation with commissions and bonus opportunities, rewarding achievement and territory growth.

You will build partnerships, understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and maintain accurate activity records while traveling within the assigned territory. A BS/AS degree is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing customer base.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with business partners to understand their needs and offer Snap-on solutions.
• Develop and manage an established customer base and identify new opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and present solutions on-site or in the field.
• Develop and maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for assigned accounts.
• Review territory performance and strategize to maximize sales volumes.
• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain an impeccable driving record.
