Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and customer growth.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable presenting to all levels.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Understand business partner needs and develop customized Snap-on solutions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
• Maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for assigned accounts.
• Review activities quarterly with Team Leader or Sales Manager to maximize sales.
