Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing customer base.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand business partner needs and develop tailored solutions from Snap-on offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present solutions on shop floor or in the field and manage customer activity data.
