Dow's Alberta Operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, seeks Industrial Equipment Operators to support Hydrocarbons, Solution Polyethylene, Gas Phase Polyethylene, and Power & Utilities. You will help optimize plant performance by monitoring equipment, adjusting control systems, and preparing machinery for maintenance.

Travel for training to New Orleans, LA and Prentiss, AB Canada is possible; 12-hour rotating shifts begin after commissioning, with approx. 3 years of day-shift training planned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent recognized in Canada.
• Progress toward ABSA 4th class certification or higher.
• 18 years or older and eligible to work in Canada (no visa support).
• Current Canadian driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize plant operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Follow Dow's Environmental, Health, and Safety policies.
• Participate in 12-hour rotating shifts after commissioning (late 2026).
• Complete around 3 years of day-shift training to develop skills.
• Travel for specialized training and certification opportunities.
