Job summary

Dow Inc. Alberta Operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Canada, is seeking Industrial Equipment Operators to support hydrocarbon, polyethylene, and power & utilities processes.

You will monitor plant conditions, adjust control systems, and prepare equipment for maintenance while upholding safety standards. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• ABSA 4th class certification or higher is preferred or progressing toward.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize plant operations across Hydrocarbons, Solution Polyethylene, Gas Phase Polyethylene and Power & Utilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain safety and operational efficiency.
• Follow Dow's Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and Life Critical Standards.
• Participate in 12-hour rotating shifts once plant commissioning starts (anticipated late 2026).
• Travel may be required for specialized training and certification opportunities.
