Job summary

Dow Inc. in Fort Saskatchewan, AB, is seeking Industrial Equipment Operators to support Hydrocarbons, Solution Polyethylene, Gas Phase Polyethylene, and Power & Utilities. You will monitor process equipment, adjust control systems, and prepare machinery for maintenance.

Expect 12-hour rotating shifts after commissioning (late 2026) and roughly three years of day-shift training. Travel to New Orleans, LA, USA, and Prentiss, AB, Canada may be required for specialized training and certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABSA 4th class certification or higher is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in Canada.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize plant operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain safety and efficiency.
