Job summary

Dow's Alberta Operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, seeks Industrial Equipment Operators to support Hydrocarbons, Solution Polyethylene, Gas Phase Polyethylene, and Power & Utilities. You will monitor processes, adjust controls, and help optimize plant performance while adhering to safety standards.

Expect 12-hour rotating shifts post-commissioning and approximately 3 years of day shift training. Opportunities for certification and travel to other sites are available to advance skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pursuing ABSA 4th class certification or higher.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current and valid Canadian Driver's License.
• Eligible to work legally in Canada (no visa support available).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize plant operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Follow Dow's Environmental, Health, and Safety policies.
• Participate in 12-hour rotating shifts after commissioning (late 2026).
• Travel for specialized training and certification opportunities.
